Val di Sole · Trentino · Land of nature
Dimaro Folgarida is the gateway to the Adamello Brenta Natural Park. A few kilometers away are the Pejo and Rabbi valleys of the Stelvio National Park.
01 · The largest park in Trentino
Dimaro Folgarida is the natural gateway to the Adamello Brenta Nature Park. Through the picturesque Meledrio Valley, you reach Madonna di Campiglio, crossing one of the most authentic corners of Trentino.
With over 600 km² of protected nature, the Park is home to forests, streams, alpine lakes, and the majestic Brenta Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, offering landscapes of extraordinary beauty in every season.
Watching over this territory is the Sasso Rosso, imposing and unmistakable, which dominates the life of the town and its people from above, preserving its history, traditions and deep connection with the mountain.
In collaboration with the Adamello Brenta Natural Park, the Dimaro Folgarida Consortium offers guided excursions and experiences to discover the area's nature, landscapes, and traditions. This is an opportunity to experience the Park authentically, learn about its rich biodiversity, and approach the mountains with respect and awareness.
During the summer, the Consortium offices also have a Park Infopoint, where guests can receive information, excursion suggestions, informational materials, and tips for making the most of their experiences in the Adamello Brenta Nature Park.
02 · Pejo Valley · Rabbi Valley
Just a few kilometers from Dimaro Folgarida lies the Stelvio National Park, with the unique Pejo and Rabbi valleys. It's the ideal place to connect with nature and observe wildlife: numerous walking trails allow you to discover its natural wonders.
Adults and children alike can come into contact with the Park's animals by visiting the Wildlife Area in Val di Pejo. And here, immersed in the Park's greenery, are the Pejo and Rabbi Thermal Baths: centuries-old healing waters, the perfect ending to a day at high altitude.
