WHAT TO EXPECT / WHAT WE WILL DO

Do you know what a sundial is? A sundial used since ancient Egypt. Between the streets of Monclassico and Presson, there are 60 painted on houses: a unique place in Europe, a true open-air museum. Together with Attilio, your guide, you'll be able to see them, understand how they work, and learn the names of the artists who created them.

THINGS TO KNOW

At the end of the path you will enter a real darkroom.

WHO WE ARE

We are the cultural association "Le Meridiane," which has been operating in the area for almost twenty years and is made up of lovers of art, beauty, and history, as well as experts in the ancient science of sundials.

WHAT WE WILL PROVIDE

At the end of the activity, we will prepare a small tasting of mulled wine, jams, and natural syrups produced by a local farm.

WHO IS IT FOR?

The experience is suitable for everyone.

The route has minimal elevation gain and can be adjusted to suit participants' abilities. It runs entirely on paved roads, mostly flat, and away from traffic.

EQUIPMENT / CLOTHING

We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and a hat to protect you from the sun. If you like, you can bring walking poles and a camera.
