At Rifugio Orso Bruno, you can enjoy the unique experience of tasting a great pizza at 2200 metres above sea level, comfortably seated in the sun on the panoramic terrace, overlooking the Brenta and Adamello Dolomites.
The wood-burning oven in the centre of the sandwich bar gives the place an even more magical touch.

Self-Service
In the winter period, there’s a self-service restaurant to keep your breaks from the slopes brief.
At “Orso”, the specialities are all traditional Trentino dishes: mushroom tagliatelle, barley soup, gnocchi with ricotta cheese, spätzle, strangolapreti, pizzoccheri *Valtellina and polenta with venison.
Bar Tavern
The small bar/tavern was once the refuge’s main bar, but then it became a secondary bar when the upper floor was built.
Memories of times gone by hang on the walls and the rustic ambience gives a nod to the refuge’s history.
The room is heated by a large fireplace.
