More than 100 lakes are hidden across Val di Sole and our parks, each with its own shape and unique display of enchanting light and colour.
The Alpine lakes: a thousand shades of blue
Lake Malghette is the main attraction in Dimaro Folgarida and is accessible to adults and children alike, taking just an hour’s walk. Continuing along, you first come across Lago Alto and then the Three Lakes, which are lesser known gems but equally as valuable.
For those simply looking to relax, Lake Caprioli in Pellizzano in Val di Sole can be reached directly by car, while the Adamello Brenta Nature Park is home to one of the most famous lakes: Lake Tovel, in Val di Non.
Staying in the park, slightly more experienced walkers can complete the tour of the 5 lakes in Madonna di Campiglio, a collection of intense blue treasures whose waters reflect the stunning Brenta Dolomites.
